Our apartments are situated on locations near the sea or near the beaches. Vacation in a private accommodation is: free accommodation and daily program, independent, home kitchen and home kind living. Apartments are situated in small villas which can be rented by apartments for one family, a group or a larger group or more families.

Apartments classification :
Type A - 2 persons One room apartments with kitchen block, two beds and bathroom.
Type B - 4 persons Two room apartment, with living room, kitchen block, two bedrooms and bathroom. Sometimes it is possible to put additional bed in a living room.
Type - 5/6 persons Two room apartment, living room with combined bed, kitchen block, two bedrooms and bathroom.
Type - 6 persons Three room apartment, living room with kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, it is also possible to get apartment with two bathrooms.
In apartments it is possible to put additional bed. All apartments are furnished, linen and towels included, kitchens are fully equipped. In price are included electricity, water, gas and cleaning after staying. Maximum distance from beaches is 700 meters. For daily needs on all locations are markets or stores.

Some of the cities have old towns areas which are not allowed for cars, in that case you can walk to the apartments and leave your car on the parking place.

Apartments for 6 persons : living room with double sofa bed, 2 rooms with matrimonial bed or 3 rooms with matrimonial bed
Equipment and comfort : reception within the local agency open from 8.00 to 20.00. On the distance from 1000 m up to 600 m you can find various shops, markets, restaurants, bars, farmacy and medical service.
Included services (for all the typologies): use of light, water, gas, bed linen and towels  with weekly change (excluded shower floor towels), final cleaning (excluded cooking corner).
Sea distances : from 1000 meters up to 600 meters (depending on the selected category) rocky, pebbled beaches or cement platforms.
Beginning and the end of the stay: from Saturday/Sunday 3 am to Saturday/Sunday to 10 pm

Pets : allowed, on demand,(common spaces excluded) 42 € per week (indicative price), payable on the spot
To considerate : please expect that sometimes accommodation implies entrance in common with the owner. While maintaining the number of beds provided by each type, the apartments differ in the number of premises and the provision of beds (single, double, removable or bunk beds). Kitchen tableware is not available. It is obligate to clean the kitchen corner.
